    How Does It Work?

A smooth migration in 4 steps

    1

    Share the Details

Send us your current hosting details and the new target server. FTP, cPanel or SSH access is enough.

    2

    We Prepare the Migration Plan

Our experts analyze your site and set a schedule that keeps downtime to a minimum.

    3

    Verification in a Test Environment

Before going live, we test the migrated site together on a temporary URL.

    4

    DNS Update & Go Live

Once everything is ready, we update the DNS record and publish your site on the new server.

    Migration Scope

    Zero-Downtime Goal

Your old site keeps running until DNS propagation completes; we plan the move so your visitors are not affected.

    Complete Data Transfer

Files, database, emails, DNS records — we migrate everything that belongs to your site and verify it with you before going live.

    SSL & Security Settings

SSL certificate installation and security hardening on the new server are included in the migration.

    Every Platform

WordPress, Joomla, Magento, OpenCart, Laravel, PHP, Node.js — whatever the technology, we migrate it.

    From Any Host

We migrate to Clou.TR from GoDaddy, Hostinger, Turhost, İsimtescil and every other hosting provider.

    4-8 Hours on Average

    Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We offer free site migration to every customer moving to Clou.TR. The only condition is using Clou.TR hosting for at least 1 month after the migration. Migration is done on a best-effort basis; it is not guaranteed to be error-free or finished within a set time, so please check all of your site's functions afterwards.

We aim for none: your old site keeps running until DNS is updated. We change the DNS record only after fully verifying the new server. During propagation (1-48 hours) some visitors may see the old server and some the new one; both stay operational.

We migrate everything, including site files, databases (MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL), email accounts and their contents, DNS records, SSL certificates and custom configurations.

No. Email accounts and all their contents are included in the migration. Before the move, your email DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) are configured on the new server.

For e-commerce sites with large databases we allow up to 24 hours for migration. We first test in a staging environment and go live only after customer approval. Stock, order and product data are verified with you before going live.

Free migration applies only to Clou.TR hosting plans. For migration to another target we can help at our hourly consulting rate.
