Managed WordPress is a service where we take over all the technical management of your site (updates, backups, security, performance, monitoring) on your behalf. While you focus on creating content, we manage the server and software side. The difference from hosting: hosting only provides the server; managed WP also manages the software on top of it.

Managed WP is ideal if you earn commercial revenue from your site (e-commerce, blog, corporate), if you want to spend your time creating content, if plugin conflicts or security holes wear you out, or if you've experienced being hacked or slowdowns.

No. You can keep your site on your current hosting; we manage it remotely. However, for performance and security we recommend migrating to Clou.TR LiteSpeed hosting. The migration is free.

Malware removal is included in our Bakım-Pro and Bakım-Business plans. We handle diagnosing a hacked site, detecting malicious code, cleanup, closing security holes and removal from Google's blacklist. We also offer a one-time cleanup service (outside the plans).

All updates are first tested in a staging (test) environment and pushed live only if there are no issues. If a problem appears in production, we restore from backup; we aim to keep downtime to a minimum during this process.

Our standard plans do not include content entry (technical maintenance only). For tasks like content entry, image editing and creating new pages, we have hourly / monthly add-on service plans.

Monthly plan with no long-term commitment: if you don't pay the renewal invoice, the service ends at the end of the period. Maintenance fees are not refundable, and unused time is not refunded either. Your backups and your site remain yours, with no lock-in.
